What To Expect
The Pre-Visit 411
Think of this as your pre-show soundcheck. You will receive an email and text from Glossary Salon Ridgeland with a confirmation of your booking.Two days before your appointment you will receive another confirmation text that will send you your appointment day and time as well as the address to the salon and a phone number incase of any questions regarding your appointment.
When you arrive
When you enter into the Glossary Salon-Ridgeland location you will be greeted by our front desk and she will check you in and let me know you have arrived and you will have a seat in our waiting area-you will be offered a complementary drink (water,coke,diet coke,and coffee) as well as a snack if desired. We are located right next to Newks Eatery as well if coming around lunch or dinner time and need a bigger bite to eat.
The Consultation
This is where your vision comes to life-we will talk budget,method,and maintenance so your service is fully tailored to you. Whether you're going blonde, brunette,or full-extension bombshell, your first visit will have you feeling like a pampered rockstar. I'll custom-formulate your color, curate your cut, and finish with a style that looks like a million bucks-and brings you back to life.
After the Show
Before you leave, we'll map out your custom upkeep plan. That means glosses, move-ups,or refreshes scheduled based on your hair goals and lifestyle-not some generic calendar.Rockstar hair without the guess work.
